A generous size range suits frozen and baked foods, frozen meals, pharmaceuticals, confectionery, cereals, cake mixes and compact disks etc. As with all our Servo drive carton machines the PC40 has a cycle stop to ensure all glued cartons are held in compression reducing carton wastage. The PC40 has great features including one touch infeed bucket wall adjustment for rapid size change on different width products, your choice of Nordson or Robatech glue closure systems or tuck carton closure. Hygienic welded tubular stainless steel frame and anodized aluminium and hard Teflon coated components ensure stability and long life. The fully interlocked top to bottom safety guard doors with full opening access doors make maintenance easy. An intermittent motion carton machine with automatic end loader uses the new generation servo motor drive technology to load at up to 40 cycles per minute. PAKSMART® PC40 Carton Machine. PAKSMART® PC60 Carton Machine The PC60 is a unique machine that combines the simplicity of an intermittent motion machine infeed with a high efficiency reciprocating product loader to achieve production rates of up to 60 cartons per minute. The automatic version is suitable for higher levels of automation. The hand load version features a loading station that comfortably accommodates 2 operators for high speeds. The PC120 is available in both automatic load (barrel cam) and hand load models. This makes it suitable for most moderate production requirements.
