The mission of Pademelon Press is to publish and distribute quality Australian hasty childhood teacher resource and reference books to aid teachers and carers in their task of educating and caring for children from beginning to five years. Pademelon Press was created in 1990 by Rodney and Camel Jenner, who are two of the founders of The Book Garden, Australia's largest supplier of books and related materials to the premature childhood community, which itself was founded in 1980. The aim of Pademelon Press is to construct up a library of essential quality and developmentally appropriate resources covering all areas of hasty childhood education and care. With over thirty titles already in print and several more due below production, we are healthy on our way to achieving this aim. As well as publishing original Australian books we actively seek out the superior and maximum good resources from around the world, especially from the United States and the United Kingdom. As a result we are the Australian and Fresh Zealand distributor for fourteen of the superior publishers of hasty childhood and outside school hours protection resource books. Many of our authors regularly offer at both national and international conferences, and have written for recognized journals in the early childhood or associated fields. All books published are grounded in theory and research and have clear implications for practice. Ultimately the aim is to encourage excellent practice. Our books are an excellent resource for educators of children bought to eight years. Our maximum recent books reference specifically to the Early Years Learning Framework but all of our titles relate to the principles and practice emphasized in this document.
