Learn to moove n groove to all your favourite rock 'n' roll songs and hits from the 50s/60s. Penrith rsl is located on the cnr of tindale and castlereagh roads every friday night you can join us for a rock n roll revival night at rydalmere bowling club from 8pm. Come join in on the fun and rock your night away for free. Our beginners dance class at penrith starts at 7pm, the intro intermediate dance class at 8pm and intermediate at 8:30pm. Dance classes for absolute beginners will recommence at penrith rsl in the new year from monday, 31st january 2011. We also hold dance classes at granville rsl, hazelbrook bowling club and castle hill bowling club. Our dance school holds rock n roll dance classes every monday night in penrith at penrith rsl in the hornesywood hall located in penrith rsl's function towers. Let's moove n groove dance & dj provides a dj service for your events and functions, catering for all your music needs from 1940's to current top 40 hits. We also hold workshops and private lessons in east coast swing aka jitterbug or triple step. The principles of lmng pride themselves on quality, fun! 1950's/1960's rock n roll dancing is not only our speciality, fun, professionalism and fun, it is our passion and love. We aim to develop your confidence through attendance at class and our social dances, workshops and activities. We focus on teaching our students to learn the original and popular 6 step style rock 'n' roll partner dance with technique, style, flare and safety. Our weekly dance classes are fun, friendly and easy. At Lets Moore n Groove we organism social events, workshops and weekend trips away. A large focus for our group is fun, technique, style, flare, safety and dance etiquette. We aim to prosper your confidence and esteem through customary attendance at group dance classes and our social dances, workshops, events and activities. The principals of Lets Moore n Groove Dance DJ have numerous business and academic qualifications but more importantly appreciate rock 'n' roll and swing dancing and have competition wins, placing's and have been finalist's in the styles of Rock 'n' Roll, Lindy Hop, Harlem and Freestyle. The love and passion that they share for Rock 'n' Roll and Swing Dancing is highly infectious and can be seen vividly through the mirth Rock 'n' Roll and Lindy Hop dance classes that they instruct each week. Their Rock 'n' Roll classes are lively laughter and very enjoyable. They believe in passing on their Rock 'n' RollSwing knowledge and love for Rock 'n' RollSwing because they know the power that dancing especially Rock 'n' RollSwing has to turn a frown into a SMILE, a lonely person into a person with LOADS OF FRIENDS, a person with not much to do into someone that will have much to do and look forward too! The group also dedicates time and supports local community events and festivals by providing demonstrations or mini lessons. If you're having a themed party we can even aid your guests get into the mood and disclose them a few hooves n grooves. Amanda Pavlovic Principal Amanda's passion for rock n roll is grounded by her desire to preserve rock n roll and pass on the joy and love of the dance. She is also versed in Lindy Hop, Harlem, and other styles of dance.
