The strongest karate north rocks shinkyokushin is run by sempai james young. We look forward to your enquiry. Shinkyokushin is widely known as the strongest karate and revered by other styles. We have annual camps and seminars, state, local, national and international tournaments on an annual basis. High school/adults from 7-8.30pm. Our organisation is part of the world karate organisation and offers students exposure to martial arts on an international level. Kids from6-7pm. We have children's classes and adults on tuesdays and thursdays. Shinkyokushin karate will bring out the best in it's students as our training will improve not only your ability to defend yourself, but your fitness, self esteem and character will develop beyond belief. Prior to his karate training sempai james was a member of the australian army and is a decorated veteran. He has competed in local, state and national tournaments and is highly regarded as an instructor. James has been training shinkyokushin karate since 1999. Osu!.
