(c) If the defects is encourage by Imperial or an Approved Contractor to be a manufacturing flaw and it is within the warranty period, Imperial shall fully reimburse the cost of any inspection and assessment fees to the Purchaser within 10 business days from the date of such determination and the Purchaser will be entitled to a refund, fix or replacement subject to Imperial determination. (b) Sealing parts, including all kinds of washers, oil seals, etc. (c) Plastic parts, including windshield, door glass, side window glass, bushes, etc. (n) The normal wear and tear of brake linings and other such related items are not covered by this warranty and should be inspected and adjusted at routine intervals, or replaced or adjusted as necessary. (b) Ensure maintenance and services are carried out at regular intervals. (c) The customer fails to service and maintain the horse float on a steady basis and the claim is associated with neglect, rather than a warranty issue. (d) Any component or part claimed below a warranty which is clearly the result of a horse’s actions is not covered in any way by this warranty. This includes rubber, kick boards, taillights, windows, cupboards, tailboards and or any component of the float damaged by a horse’s actions. (b) Ensure regular maintenance and services are carried out at customary intervals.
