Explore & Develop is a uniquely designed childcare centre in located in the heart of the Norwest Business Park in Baulkham Hills. This is achieved through our emergent portfolio documentation system, that records and explore each child's strengths and abilities throughout the year. Our programs include individualised elements that ensure that every child received the most customised care and learning opportunities. The Creative Arts (Music & Movement, Drama, Fine Arts). Social Studies. Physical (Gross and Fine Motor) Skills. Mathematical and Scientific Thinking. Our staff plan meaningful expereinces for all children on a daily basis which enables them to extend their thinking, skills and knowledge in a variety of areas including; Language and Literacy (Reading and Writing). Our centre prides itself on it's emergent philosophy and programs that are focussed on children's interest and curiosities. Our staff team hold many years experience in the childcare profession, and many have gone on to complete tertiary studies to further extend their skills and abilities in early childhood.
